Customer Service Representative – Catalan, Galician, Basque, Aranese (Portugal)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a leading global brand in Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for customers speaking Catalan, Galician, Basque or Aranese, ensuring a consistent and high‑quality experience across all communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, tickets, email, or messaging platforms.
• Develop deep knowledge of the product or service to provide accurate information.
• Process customer requests, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
• Track, document, and retrieve interactions in the call‑tracking database.
• Enhance customer loyalty by delivering a seamless experience.

Required profile

• Proficient or bilingual in one of the following languages: Catalan, Galician, Basque, or Aranese.
• Advanced level of English.
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Willingness to live in or relocate to Portugal.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Strong communication and listening abilities.
• Comfortable navigating standard computer applications.
