Customer Care Associate

About the role

Easy4Pro, a fast‑growing logistics marketplace within the Redspher Group, is looking for a Customer Care Associate to join its multicultural team. You will be the first point of contact for customers and carriers, ensuring smooth transport procurement and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely assistance via ticketing system and phone, addressing customer inquiries and issues.
• Monitor shipments, follow up on delivery status, and ensure on‑time performance.
• Resolve disputes between carriers and customers while maintaining strong relationships.
• Follow company workflows to guarantee exceptional service quality.
• Create user‑focused documentation, communications, and training materials.
• Onboard and train new customers and suppliers joining the Easy4Pro platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Support invoicing by verifying documents, checking accuracy, and registering suppliers and contracts.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dynamic, motivated, rigorous, team‑oriented and customer‑focused.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and collaborate effectively.
• Flexible, cost‑conscious, and persuasive problem‑solver.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
• University degree (B.S. or Master’s).
• Experience in logistics (2PL, 3PL, 4PL) or SaaS environment is a strong advantage.
