CRM Personalization Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a CRM Personalization Specialist with 5‑8 years of experience to join our Digital Commerce team at the HUGO BOSS Digital Campus in Porto. You will own privacy‑compliant, data‑driven personalization use cases and design automated omnichannel journeys that boost customer engagement and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automated omnichannel journeys across Retail, eCommerce, App, CRM, and Performance Marketing.
• Identify and develop impactful customer audiences and personalization concepts based on data insights.
• Define business requirements and collaborate with Product Owners, IT, Analytics, Retail, eCommerce, CRM, and Marketing teams.
• Drive KPI‑based testing, optimisation, and scaling of personalization use cases into always‑on programs.
• Ensure data quality, privacy‑by‑design, and compliant customer data processes.

Required profile

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Communication or a comparable qualification.
• 5‑8 years of professional experience in an agency or specialist marketing role.
• Strong analytical, customer‑centric, and creative mindset with ability to work independently.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of CDP, Marketing Automation, Personalisation, A/B Testing, CRM, Consent Management, Data Privacy and Data Quality & Management.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and campaign attribution.
• Familiarity with global data privacy regulations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical concepts and vice versa.
