CRM Marketing Officer – Customer Journey Specialist

About the role

Natixis in Portugal is seeking enthusiastic professionals to join its talent pool as CRM Marketing Officers. In this role you will help transform complex data into personalized customer journeys, supporting the bank’s innovative marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CRM campaign schedule, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality outputs.
• Coordinate the full campaign cycle from brief analysis to collaboration with internal teams.
• Operate and execute campaigns on the CRM platform, handling audience segmentation and targeting.
• Configure omnichannel communications (email, SMS, push notifications) and manage related assets.
• Ensure all communication materials are correctly uploaded and approved within the CRM tool.
• Identify optimisation opportunities, propose new functionalities and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor, analyse and interpret CRM and campaign metrics, producing clear reports with actionable insights.
