CRM Campaign Manager – French Language

About the role

Quanteam, a consulting firm specialized in Banking, Finance and Financial Services, is seeking a CRM Campaign Manager who is fluent in French. The role will be based in Paris and will support the delivery of high‑quality, data‑driven marketing campaigns for the firm’s corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for Marketing Project Managers located in Paris.
• Coordinate operational activities with the Team Leader to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Supervise, coach and develop CRM Campaign Assistants.
• Lead end‑to‑end CRM campaign delivery, guaranteeing consistency, quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Review and validate campaign configurations, targeting criteria and communication assets.
• Monitor performance, produce KPI dashboards, campaign reports and actionable insights.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards.
• Foster collaboration between business and operational teams to meet campaign objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Management, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM campaign management, marketing operations or digital marketing.
• Proven experience supervising junior team members.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of monitoring KPIs and preparing performance reports.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
