Creative Strategist

About the role

Algofy is seeking a Creative Strategist who can blend strategic thinking with hands‑on creative execution. You will work closely with the paid media team to turn performance insights into compelling ad concepts and bring them to life across Meta and Google platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the paid media team to ideate, design and iterate ad creatives, primarily for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Develop messaging angles, hooks and visual concepts based on data‑driven performance insights.
• Write clear, persuasive copy and create visual assets using tools such as Figma, Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Support creative testing, analyze results and optimise assets for better performance.
• Conduct lightweight research on trends, competitors and audience behaviour to inform creative direction.
• Work with internal teams and occasional clients to align on feedback and final deliverables.
• Leverage AI tools in daily workflows to increase efficiency and creative quality.
• Prepare and present creative performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Experience in digital marketing, creative strategy or ad‑creative production.
• Strong ability to connect creative ideas to measurable performance goals.
• High proficiency in English (C2 level) and a portfolio showcasing ad‑creative work.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and attention‑to‑detail.
