Creative Designer

About the role

Air Apps, a family-founded company building an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner, is looking for a Creative Designer. The role shapes the brand identity and delivers visually engaging designs across digital ads, social media content, landing pages, email campaigns and print materials. It is a fully onsite position at the Lisbon office, with relocation support offered.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create graphics, illustrations, infographics and layouts for web, social media, email and print.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Content teams to turn requirements into visual solutions.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and refine assets using user insights and performance metrics.
• Ensure high-quality output and run design quality assurance across channels.
• Use industry-standard tools to deliver assets in multiple formats.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
• Around 3 years of experience creating assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media and web.
• Strong portfolio showing a range of design projects and styles.
• Knowledge of typography, colour theory, layout and design best practices.
• Strong communication, time-management and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.
