Creative Designer

About the role

Air Apps, a Lisbon-founded company building an AI-powered Personal and Entrepreneurial Resource Planner, is looking for a Creative Designer to shape its brand identity and deliver visually engaging designs across multiple platforms. The role works with Marketing, Product and Content teams on digital ads, social media content, landing pages, email campaigns and print materials. This post currently serves to enhance the talent pool while the official job is being prepared.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with Air Apps' brand guidelines.
• Create graphics, illustrations, infographics and layouts for web, social media, email campaigns and print.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Content teams to turn requirements into compelling visuals.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and refine assets using user insights and performance metrics.
• Ensure high-quality output and run design quality assurance across channels.
• Produce assets in multiple formats using industry-standard design software.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
• Around 3 years of experience creating assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media and web.
• Strong portfolio showing a range of design projects and styles.
• Knowledge of typography, colour theory, layout and design best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment and collaborate across teams.

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Figma
• Strong communication, time management and attention to detail
