Corporate IT Systems Administrator

About the role

Join Farfetch's Corporate IT Infrastructure team as an IT Infrastructure & Digital Workspace Administrator/Engineer. You will be responsible for the administration, security, optimization, and continuous delivery of core IT systems, corporate applications, employee endpoints, and digital productivity platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure service continuity and uptime for infrastructure components, including upgrades for corporate applications such as SAP and Sailpoint.
• Optimize virtual machine and cloud resource usage, enable Azure Virtual Desktops, and manage backups.
• Implement simple, documented self‑service workflows for desktop provisioning using JAMF and Intune.
• Administer and support productivity platforms including Google Workspace and Slack.
• Automate workflows and integrations with PowerShell and Azure Automation.
• Act as a primary responder for incidents, quickly mitigating high‑impact events.
• Drive simplification and standardisation aligned with security and compliance policies.

Required profile

• Degree or extensive training in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• Deep technical expertise with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience in a DevOps environment as a system administrator.
