Corporate Finance / FP&A Analyst

About the role

Join novobanco's Corporate Development team as a Corporate Finance / FP&A professional. You will support the Group’s strategic agenda by building robust financial models, driving budgeting processes, and contributing to high‑impact transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and validate financial models, business cases, and forward‑looking projections.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles, including variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Produce high‑quality financial reports and executive presentations that synthesize complex data.
• Participate in corporate finance projects such as valuations, restructurings, asset integrations, and divestments.
• Lead specific project workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in Corporate Finance or FP&A; consulting experience is a plus.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Strong autonomy, organization, and prioritisation skills.
• Proven project‑management capability with multi‑stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
