Corporate Client Relationship Management Specialist

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Client Relationship Management Specialist to join its Risk business team in Porto, Portugal. The role is hybrid, with at least three days a week spent in the office, and involves working closely with a multinational client portfolio and the international internal structure. You will act as a right-hand to an experienced colleague, supporting operations while learning and growing.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of a portfolio of corporate clients and help build strong, long-term relationships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the portfolio and relevant market segments.
• Prepare and deliver client-facing materials such as presentations, white papers, proposals and financial analyses.
• Conduct market and industry research to spot trends, growth areas and expansion opportunities.
• Develop and refine data analyses to support proposals, account planning and client presentations.
• Provide technical and transactional support for complex or high-priority client relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with client counterparts.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Management or a similar field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience working with non-life insurance for corporate clients.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Nice to have: proven experience across a range of insurance solutions and brokerage, a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, experience with construction insurance, and ability to manage a diverse network of international colleagues.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
