Corporate Attorney – Employment & Contracts

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Attorney to support NetJets Europe’s General Counsel. The role focuses on safeguarding the company’s reputation, ensuring compliance with European regulations, and providing expert legal advice across employment, procurement, and aviation matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on employment law, benefits, collective bargaining agreements and defend against employment claims.
• Identify legal risks in labour matters and propose mitigation strategies.
• Review, analyse and draft supplier contracts (national and international) and maintain contract templates.
• Support procurement by ensuring supplier contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Validate sales contracts, perform due‑diligence checks and coordinate final approvals.
• Provide legal training to the contracts team on sales‑contract requirements.
• Manage aircraft registration and certification with ANAC and EASA.
• Prepare legislative updates, conduct compliance training and support litigation activities.
• Maintain corporate legal records, libraries and stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 6–8 years of professional legal experience, preferably in corporate, employment and aviation sectors.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex contracts.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and litigation support.
