Contract Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Contract Specialist to create, review, and refine a variety of commercial agreements. The role supports an AI‑training project by delivering high‑quality legal templates and annotated examples.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and produce templates, samples, and annotated examples for Master Service Agreements, Lease Agreements, Intellectual Property Licensing Agreements, Marketing Agreements, and other licensing contracts.
• Ensure all documents align with current legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial use cases.
• Submit well‑structured, high‑quality documents to enrich the project’s AI training dataset.
• Communicate promptly and professionally to clarify requirements and deliverables.

Required profile

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Familiarity with standard commercial agreements such as MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and accuracy.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote collaboration environment.
• Detail‑oriented approach to ensure compliance with relevant laws and best practices.
• Interest or background in legal operations, technology, or AI‑enabled platforms is a plus.
