Content Producer – Digital Video & Graphics

About the role

The Content Producer will act as the bridge between creative concepts and finished digital assets. Working within a collaborative Creative Team that includes an Art Director, Copywriter and Content Specialist, you will bring video, photography and graphic ideas to life for a variety of online platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret creative briefs and develop detailed production plans that align with the team’s vision.
• Lead all stages of video production, from pre‑production planning and shooting to post‑production editing.
• Coordinate with the Art Director, Copywriter and Content Specialist to ensure visual and narrative consistency across channels.
• Stay current with emerging production techniques and technologies to keep the agency’s output cutting‑edge.
• Manage equipment and software inventories, ensuring tools are up‑to‑date and ready for use.
• Present concepts and final deliverables to clients, incorporating feedback while maintaining the Creative Director’s strategic direction.
• Deliver high‑quality content on schedule, adhering to brand guidelines and client expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in digital content production, with a focus on video.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full production lifecycles and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to continuous learning in the fast‑evolving digital media landscape.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D and Lightworks.
• Strong knowledge of video shooting, lighting, photography and graphic production techniques.
• Experience handling production equipment and maintaining software updates.
