Content Moderator – Czech Language (Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking a native Czech speaker to join our Lisbon office as a Content Moderator. In this role you will ensure that user‑generated content on e‑commerce platforms complies with company policies, legal standards and safety guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess uploaded content against established service level agreements and quality benchmarks.
• Verify that all material adheres to platform policies, legal requirements and safety standards.
• Adapt quickly to policy updates and schedule changes while following standard operating procedures.
• Identify, document and escalate any issues through the proper internal channels.
• Maintain high performance during peak promotional periods and work within a 24/7 shift rotation.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Czech (verbal and written) and fluent English (minimum B2).
• Strong judgment, empathy and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to manage high workloads and work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Solid understanding of e‑commerce platforms and local market nuances.
