Content Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Content Marketing Manager at Air Apps you will shape the company’s thought‑leadership by developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy. You will create high‑quality, data‑driven assets that educate, attract and convert users while working in a remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business goals and target audiences.
• Create and manage high‑quality blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks and email campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and optimise content for SEO to improve visibility and rankings.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and product teams to produce compelling content assets.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publication and audience engagement.
• Analyse performance metrics and optimise for lead generation, conversions and engagement.
• Research industry trends and competitor content to refine strategy.
• Work with guest bloggers, influencers and external writers to expand reach.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting or editorial roles.
• Exceptional writing and editing abilities with a strong storytelling and brand voice.
• Proven experience with SEO tools and content optimisation techniques.
• Solid understanding of digital inbound marketing and content distribution.
• Ability to analyse metrics and adapt strategies based on data insights.
• Experience managing editorial workflows and content calendars.
• Portfolio of published blog posts, whitepapers or case studies.
