Content Editor

About the role

We are seeking a Content Editor to help train and improve AI chatbots. You will create writing and editing tasks for the models, assess their outputs, and contribute to the ongoing refinement of their logic and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and assign writing or editing prompts to AI chatbots.
• Review and evaluate the generated content for accuracy, relevance, and brand voice.
• Measure model progress and report on performance metrics.
• Identify logical errors and suggest improvements to enhance model quality.
• Collaborate with the AI team to implement feedback and track improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Background in communications, journalism, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
