Content Creator & Graphic Designer

About the role

Divine Home is looking for a creative professional to plan, design and produce visual content for both digital and print channels. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to turn property listings, brand guidelines and campaign briefs into engaging graphics, short videos and templates that resonate with an international audience.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics, layouts and visual assets for social media, website, email campaigns, property presentations and marketing materials.
• Create short promotional videos or animations and edit photos for listings.
• Optimize visual content for each platform while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
• Organise and update the visual asset library, selecting and editing images as needed.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design background with proven experience in digital content creation.
• Ability to translate property information and marketing briefs into clear visual stories.
• Good written communication skills for captions, headlines and short‑form copy.
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
• Comfortable collaborating with multilingual, cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant education or practical experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in real‑estate or hospitality marketing is a plus.
• Fluent English; Portuguese or other European languages are advantageous.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design software.
• Basic photo editing (cropping, color correction, retouching).
• Basic video editing for short promotional clips.
