Construction Supervisor / Project Manager – SJU Airport

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Construction Supervisor / Project Manager to lead field teams on civil and infrastructure projects at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU). The role requires strong on‑site leadership, coordination of multiple trades, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work complies with plans and specifications.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and multiple trades across civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work.
• Maintain discipline, organization, and productivity on the job site.
• Verify quality of completed work and provide regular progress updates to management.
• Identify and resolve field issues efficiently and liaise with airport operations as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction supervision or project management, preferably on airport or secured facilities.
• Ability to lead teams, manage field personnel, and maintain order on site.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and capacity to coordinate multiple trades.
• Spanish proficiency and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a TSA background check.
