Construction Site Manager – Porto

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Site Manager to join our Porto office and lead the execution of major real‑estate projects. The role involves overseeing construction teams, ensuring schedules are met and maintaining high standards of quality and safety on site.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage on‑site construction teams.
• Develop, monitor and adjust work planning schedules.
• Control contractual deadlines and manage cost control.
• Prepare and validate works measurement reports.
• Ensure construction quality and compliance with health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Produce periodic progress reports and technical hand‑over documents.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 2‑3 years of experience in project management, construction coordination or supervision.
• Strong organisational and deadline‑orientation skills.
• Proactive attitude, high sense of responsibility and good communication.
• Valid driving licence.
