Community Manager – Grow & Engage Global User Community

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a Community Manager to build, grow and engage its global user community across forums, social media and user groups. You will create a positive, inclusive environment where users can connect with the brand, share ideas and receive support. The role combines strategic planning, content creation and direct interaction with members to strengthen brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to attract and retain users.
• Manage and moderate forums, social media groups and discussion platforms.
• Respond to user questions, facilitate discussions and foster positive interactions.
• Organise and promote community events, webinars and Q&A sessions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and support teams to ensure seamless user experience.
• Monitor and analyse engagement metrics to optimise tactics.
• Identify and activate brand advocates, ambassadors and super‑users.
• Maintain community guidelines and address user concerns, escalating issues when needed.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in community management, social media or customer engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to inspire users.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive situations, mediate conflicts and enforce guidelines.
• Experience planning and executing community‑driven events.
• Passion for building meaningful relationships and fostering brand loyalty.

Required skills

• Experience with Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups, Slack or custom community platforms.
• Familiarity with community‑building tools and analytics platforms.
