About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, people‑oriented professional to join our international education organization in a strategic role focused on client engagement and relationship management. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for prospective partners, convey our value proposition, and nurture long‑term relationships across multicultural environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client interactions from the initial contact through the full relationship lifecycle.
• Present the organization’s value proposition to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients.
• Ensure consistent, personalized follow‑up and support.
• Represent the organization in meetings, site visits, and events.
• Support communication initiatives and organize related events.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and relational abilities with a commercial mindset.
• Organised, results‑driven and able to work autonomously.
• Proactive, adaptable and quick to learn.
• Comfortable working in multicultural settings.
