Cloud Platform Engineer – eBike Solutions

About the role

As a Cloud Platform Engineer within Bosch eBike Systems, you will design and build the cloud backbone that powers a global, virtual device‑farm for testing connected cycling solutions. You will bridge on‑premises hardware‑in‑the‑loop environments with cloud‑native services to enable scalable, secure, and high‑performance test infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design and operate a hybrid architecture linking on‑site device farms with AWS cloud services.
• Develop global orchestration strategies for test workloads across multiple regions.
• Deploy, manage, and scale Kubernetes clusters that run micro‑services and test execution workloads.
• Implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform to ensure reproducible environments.
• Enforce security and identity management using OIDC and related mechanisms.

Required profile

• Strong background in cloud architecture and hybrid infrastructure.
• Hands‑on experience with container orchestration and multi‑region deployments.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional, agile teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to security best practices.
