Client Data Support Officer – French Speaker

About the role

Join the Client Data team of a leading wealth management group and play a key part in maintaining the Know‑Your‑Customer (KYC) database. You will ensure client files are accurate, up‑to‑date and fully compliant throughout the client life‑cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate client‑provided documents and enter information into the bank’s systems.
• Keep customer files current and compliant with internal and regulatory standards.
• Manage administrative tasks such as encoding, verification and archiving of client documentation.
• Maintain the accuracy, quality and completeness of all customer file records.
• Support periodic reviews and onboarding processes in line with the bank’s procedures.

Required profile

• Experience in administrative roles, preferably within KYC or a related compliance area.
• Strong attention to detail, efficiency and reliability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to local market specificities.
• Fluent in French and English.
