Client Data Support Officer – French Speaker

About the role

Join the Client Data team of a leading wealth‑management group and play a key part in maintaining the Know‑Your‑Customer (KYC) database. You will ensure client files are accurate, up‑to‑date and fully compliant throughout the client life‑cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate client‑provided documents and enter data into the bank’s systems.
• Maintain and update customer files to meet regulatory and internal standards.
• Perform administrative tasks such as encoding, verification and archiving of client documentation.
• Monitor compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements during onboarding and periodic reviews.
• Ensure the quality, completeness and accuracy of all customer file documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in administrative roles, preferably within KYC or a strong willingness to develop expertise in this area.
• Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, efficient, reliable and able to work well in a team.
• Adaptable to the specificities of local markets.
