Civil Project Manager – Industry

About the role

Quadrante is seeking a Civil Project Manager to lead the Coordination division of its Industry Business Unit from the Alfragide office. You will be responsible for delivering national and international civil engineering projects, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage multidisciplinary teams on industry projects.
• Allocate resources efficiently by matching team capabilities with project requirements.
• Guarantee the technical quality of all final deliverables.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and their representatives.
• Identify and support new business development opportunities.

Required profile

• Pre‑Bologna Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil project management.
• Proven track record in team leadership, scheduling, and cost control.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and negotiation abilities.
