About the role

Key responsibilities

• Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system to ring up merchandise accurately.
• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
• Provide courteous service, answer customer questions, and resolve minor issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Stand for extended periods and lift items as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic math proficiency for cash handling.
