CAD/CAM Designer, CNC Programmer & Operator (Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced CAD/CAM Designer, CNC Programmer and Operator to join our high‑precision manufacturing team in Portugal. The successful candidate will turn engineering drawings into finished components, handling everything from design to machine setup and production.

Key responsibilities

• Create CAD/CAM models using Fusion 360 or SolidWorks.
• Develop Fanuc CNC programs for lathe and milling machines.
• Set up and operate CNC equipment to produce precision parts.
• Interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and tooling requirements.
• Select appropriate speeds, feeds, and cutting tools for each job.
• Maintain high attention to detail throughout the production process.

Required profile

• EU passport holder willing to work in Portugal.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with CNC lathe and milling operations.
• Strong knowledge of Fanuc programming.
• Proficiency in Fusion 360 CAD/CAM and/or SolidWorks.
• Excellent ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances.
• Hands‑on approach with a focus on precision and quality.
