About the role

Join the Crewlink team as a Cabin Crew member for Ryanair, based at a Lisbon hub. You will be part of a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment, ensuring passengers enjoy a safe and pleasant journey across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a memorable travel experience for guests.
• Follow safety procedures and assist passengers during boarding, in‑flight, and disembarkation.
• Work flexible shift rosters, including 5‑day on / 3‑day off patterns.
• Represent the airline professionally while interacting with the public.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a strong customer‑service background (e.g., bar, restaurant, retail).
• Legal entitlement to work unrestricted across the EU.
• Height between 157 cm and 188 cm.
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Passion for travel and meeting new people.
