Business Travel Consultant (French) – Remote

About the role

Navan is looking for a French‑speaking Business Travel Consultant to join its Travel Experience team remotely. You will be the frontline contact for travelers, helping them book flights, hotels, cars and rail journeys while ensuring a seamless, high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide travel support via chat, phone and email, meeting SLA targets.
• Handle hotel, flight, car and rail bookings using GDS platforms.
• Stay current on suppliers, destinations and Navan’s travel systems.
• Guide customers toward self‑service options on the Navan platform and app.
• Escalate and resolve issues in collaboration with product, design and engineering teams.
• Give feedback on processes, goals and product improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a Travel Consultant covering air, rail and hotel bookings.
• 3+ years experience with a GDS (Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo).
• Fluent in English and French.
• Background in contact‑center or customer‑facing roles.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, Monday‑Sunday, 7 AM‑11 PM.
• Empathetic, professional communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo).
• Experience using Gmail, Zendesk, Slack and Salesforce.
