Business Instructor for AI Training (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are seeking experienced postsecondary business instructors to help shape the next generation of AI. Your classroom expertise will directly influence how AI systems understand and reason through real‑world business concepts such as strategy, management, operations, and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and review business questions and scenarios used to train AI systems.
• Evaluate AI‑generated business content for accuracy, clarity, and real‑world relevance.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations, and examples.
• Apply teaching experience to validate complex scenarios and identify edge cases.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level.
• Strong command of core business topics including management, strategy, operations, and finance.
• Able to clearly evaluate and articulate business reasoning in written form.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable working with structured content and feedback frameworks.
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working independently.
