Business Development Representative – French Speaking

About the role

Zendesk is looking for a French‑speaking Business Development Representative to join its fast‑growing EMEA sales team. You will be the first point of contact for new prospects, helping them discover how Zendesk’s customer support platform can solve their challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high‑volume outbound pipeline of leads and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Prospect both cold accounts and new divisions within existing Zendesk customers using innovative outreach methods.
• Generate high‑value pipeline through strategic and targeted prospecting of start‑ups, unicorns, and enterprise businesses.
• Leverage social tools and platforms to source new leads and nurture relationships.
• Consistently exceed targets and metrics while representing the Zendesk brand.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a sales‑related environment.
• Strong desire to build a career in consultative SaaS sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• “Can‑do” attitude with a self‑starter mindset.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is preferred.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (Lisbon office and remote).
