About the role
Archer is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join its Malta office. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while contributing to the company’s rapid expansion across international markets.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads in the IT recruitment sector.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline, conducting meetings and presentations.
- Negotiate and close deals independently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Track performance metrics and continuously improve sales tactics.
Required profile
- 1‑5 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B, B2C, SDR or BDR roles, preferably in tourism, hospitality or service sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Strong motivation to earn commission and advance quickly.
- Fluent English speaker with an EU passport and willingness to relocate to Malta.
