Business Development Manager – New Business Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new‑business acquisition for Fresha’s AI‑powered operating system serving the global beauty, wellness and self‑care market. Reporting to the General Manager of Europe, you will work closely with the commercial team and prospective partners to expand our footprint across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Identify and outreach to key decision‑makers via phone, email and social channels.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present Fresha’s solution to prospective and existing partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Perform cost‑benefit and needs analysis to align our platform with partner objectives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Provide market feedback and monitor industry trends.
• Respond to 100 % of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and maintain accurate activity records.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, preferably in SaaS or technology‑enabled services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships at senior levels.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously in a fast‑changing environment.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
