About the role
The Business Development Manager will drive growth for The Social Hub by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and acquiring new clients across our multi‑product hospitality brand. You will leverage the power of our B2B community to expand revenue and strengthen our market position.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to pinpoint target markets, customer segments, and emerging opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
- Develop and execute lead‑generation strategies and collaborate with the digital marketing team on online campaigns.
- Engage prospective clients via calls, emails, presentations, and meetings to showcase The Social Hub’s offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Strong problem‑analysis and decision‑making skills.
- Proactive, hands‑on mentality and a drive to grow with the organization.
