Business Development Executive – Porto

About the role

Fresha is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new partner acquisition for its AI‑powered operating system serving the beauty, wellness and self‑care industry. Based in Porto, you will report directly to the General Manager of Europe and work closely with the Commercial team to expand Fresha’s footprint across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact key decision‑makers through phone, email and social outreach to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present Fresha’s suite of solutions to prospective and existing partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
• Perform cost‑benefit and needs analysis to align Fresha’s offerings with partner objectives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding and partner experience.
• Track market trends and provide feedback to inform product and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Respond to 100 % of qualified inbound leads promptly and maintain accurate activity records.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong autonomy and motivation to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
