Business Development Executive – Porto

About the role

Fresha is looking for a Business Development Executive to join its growing team in Porto. You will be responsible for driving new B2B partnerships and expanding the company’s presence in the beauty, wellness and self‑care market.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Prospect and contact key decision‑makers via phone, email and social channels.
• Present product demos, promote and sell Fresha’s SaaS solutions to prospective partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signing.
• Conduct cost‑benefit and needs analyses to align solutions with partner objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Provide market trend feedback and document all interactions in the CRM.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven B2B sales experience.
• Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces or payment platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong hunter mentality with a focus on relationship building.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Curiosity and a drive for continuous personal development.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
