Business Developer – Real Estate

About the role

Engel & Völkers is seeking a Business Developer to join its real‑estate team in the Leiria region. You will be responsible for driving property acquisition, market analysis and client engagement while representing a premium global brand.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify promising areas and properties.
• Engage with property owners, actively search for suitable properties and perform valuations.
• Interact responsively with potential clients and promote Engel & Völkers services.
• Foster and expand a network of real‑estate developers and provide regular feedback to owners and developers.

Required profile

• Passionate about the real‑estate sector and eager to expand market knowledge.
• Highly competent in organisation, negotiation, customer acquisition and closing deals.
• Committed, goal‑oriented, team‑spirited and proactive.

Required skills

• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Proficient with CRM software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Proven sales background and ability to analyse market trends.
• Driver's license and valid work permit.
