Business Controller – Strategic Finance Partner

About the role

Reporting to the CFO, you will act as a strategic business partner for Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Operations. You will deliver data‑driven insights that shape key decisions and support the company’s growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse commercial performance and provide actionable insights for business decisions.
• Drive pricing strategies and profitability improvements across products, projects and customers.
• Monitor sales mix, margins and key drivers to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, business planning and ROI analysis activities.
• Support international growth initiatives through financial evaluation and performance tracking.
• Contribute to the enhancement of reporting capabilities and management information.
• Participate in BI and ERP transformation projects to improve data quality and visibility.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling or similar finance roles.
• Commercial mindset combined with strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
• Proven ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders across functions.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is valued.
• Fluent English.
