Business Analyst – Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst specialized in Supply Chain to join our team in Lisbon. You will work on Order Management System (OMS) and Last Mile delivery applications, turning data insights into operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise supply‑chain and logistics processes.
• Elicit, document and translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Perform data queries using SQL to identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
• Communicate technical and business information effectively across all levels of the organisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner focused on OMS and Last Mile.
• Professional experience in supply‑chain, logistics or delivery applications.
• Fluent in English (B2/C1) and Portuguese.
• Based in Portugal and able to work on‑site twice a week in Lisbon (Alfragide).
