Business Analyst – IT Custody & Tax

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong IT and finance expertise to support our Custody and Tax operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate their needs into functional specifications and ensure successful delivery of system enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to preliminary studies and clarify business needs.
• Formalize functional requirements and obtain business validation.
• Provide functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle, including testing and user acceptance.
• Manage change requests, develop functional specifications, and test enhancements before UAT.
• Participate in market and transversal projects, identifying product gaps and suggesting improvements.
• Perform peer reviews, ensure proper reporting, and support the Service Delivery team on complex requests.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Management, Tax or Law.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the financial industry, focusing on custody activities.
• Strong knowledge of corporate actions and good written and spoken English.
• Experience as a Business Analyst using Waterfall methodology and JIRA.
