Business Analyst – French Speaking (Hybrid)

About the role

Decskill is seeking a French‑speaking Business Analyst to join a hybrid project team. You will work closely with French‑language stakeholders and cross‑functional colleagues to analyse processes, capture requirements and help shape effective business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth analysis of business processes, requirements and market trends.
• Collaborate with French‑speaking clients and internal teams to translate needs into functional specifications.
• Drive the delivery of business solutions by coordinating with development and testing teams.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation in both French and English.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or finance.
• Fluent in French (reading, writing, speaking) and at least B2 level English.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools.
