Business Analyst (French Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst who is fluent in French (C1) to join our Financial Services team in Lisbon. The role is hybrid, with 2‑3 days per week in the office, and requires strong English and French communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements, as well as user stories.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Execute functional and regression testing, perform data validation, and manage defects.
• Support banking applications, reporting processes, and Agile project delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT and banking environments.
• Strong experience in requirements analysis, functional specifications, testing, and stakeholder management.
• Currently residing in Portugal and legally authorized to work there.
• Fluent in English and French (C1 level).
