About the role
Join Hollister as a Brand Representative at The Mall of San Juan and bring the store experience to life. You will engage customers with genuine care, help them find what they need, and maintain a welcoming, well‑presented environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive service, initiate conversations, and offer product support and styling guidance.
- Support product replenishment, keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually consistent.
- Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges at the cash wrap.
- Handle online orders, including Save the Sale, In‑Store Pick‑Up, and ship‑from‑store packaging.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and customer‑focused attitude.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Attention to detail for visual merchandising and store presentation.
