Brand and Digital Manager

About the role

Beko Europe is seeking a dynamic Brand and Digital Manager to lead a small team in the Portuguese market. You will own brand communication, digital strategy, PR, events and activations, ensuring alignment with regional and global guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the annual brand and digital communication budget and plans.
• Drive brand presence across all touchpoints, including campaigns, media, PR, events, digital and social channels.
• Lead the local digital strategy covering website, social media, paid media and content optimisation.
• Manage and coordinate agency partners (creative, digital, media, PR) to ensure efficiency and ROI.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Sales, RGM and Product teams for integrated campaign and product launch execution.
• Supervise and develop the brand/digital team, fostering collaboration and talent growth.
• Monitor and report KPIs, recommending improvements to maximise brand impact and investment returns.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, accountable professional with a proven track record in communication campaigns, events, PR, media and digital activations.
• Academic background in Marketing or Business Administration; MBA or postgraduate marketing qualification is a plus.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, comfortable in fast‑paced environments.
• Resilience and excellent communication abilities in Portuguese and English.
