Booking Support Training Specialist

About the role

The Booking Support Training Specialist ensures operational excellence within iCliGo’s Booking & Operations function. You will design and deliver structured training, keep operational knowledge current, and support daily team activities while aligning procedures with global compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and continuous learning sessions for Booking team members.
• Identify training needs from performance data and operational gaps.
• Develop, maintain, and improve training materials, manuals, SOPs, and documentation.
• Provide hands‑on support for ticket and booking‑related tasks, bridging training and operations.
• Monitor issues and feedback to refine both training and operational processes.
• Ensure all procedures and training content comply with local regulatory requirements across all operating countries.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to integrate regulatory updates.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Booking Operations, Customer Support, or Travel Operations (aviation experience is a plus).
• Experience delivering training, onboarding, or managing knowledge resources.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and ability to translate them into structured training content.
• High attention to detail, especially regarding compliance and procedural accuracy.
