Bilingual Warehouse & Inside Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Warehouse Associate who also serves as an Inside Sales Associate. You will interact directly with customers, process orders, and support warehouse operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist walk‑in and phone customers, representing the company professionally.
• Process, pull, and distribute products quickly and accurately.
• Enter sales orders, generate invoices, and secure payment or credit authorization.
• Evaluate warranty items and determine disposition according to manufacturer policy.
• Estimate delivery dates based on vendor schedules.
• Perform receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
• Operate a forklift safely, maintain certification, and conduct vehicle safety checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient facility.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of related inside‑sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift objects up to 100 lb and be 18 years or older.
• Strong customer‑service attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• MS Office proficiency.
• Forklift operation (certified).
• Data‑entry accuracy.
