Beauty and Wellness Consultant

About the role

The Beauty and Wellness Consultant delivers an exceptional, personalized experience to every customer, helping them discover products and services that match their style, skin needs, and wellness goals. Working on the shop floor, you will combine product expertise with a passion for beauty to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and maintain high department standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate beauty and wellness solutions.
• Conduct mini‑makeovers, skincare consultations, and product demonstrations using tools such as the Skin Hydrometer.
• Lead in‑store events and promotions to boost brand loyalty and drive traffic.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets through link‑selling, up‑selling, and effective use of testers and samples.
• Maintain a clean, organized department and ensure all testers meet hygiene standards.
• Process transactions on the cash register and handle employee purchases.
• Support omni‑channel initiatives, locate out‑of‑stock items online or in other stores, and provide accurate product information.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and brand launches while adhering to company policies and asset‑protection procedures.

Required profile

• Strong passion for beauty, wellness, and customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on maintaining high visual and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with store leadership and teammates.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Skin Hydrometer for skin analysis.
• Cash register operation and basic point‑of‑sale system usage.
• Familiarity with store inventory and retail management systems.
