About the role

The Beauty and Wellness Consultant delivers an exceptional in‑store experience, helping customers find personalized beauty and wellness solutions. You will drive sales, increase brand awareness, and ensure the department meets high standards of presentation and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, offering assistance with products and services.
• Provide personalized beauty and skincare consultations, including mini‑makeovers.
• Demonstrate products using tools such as the Skin Hydrometer and tablet.
• Lead in‑store events to promote brand awareness and loyalty.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets through link‑selling and up‑selling.
• Maintain testers and sampling stations in compliance with hygiene standards.
• Process sales transactions on the cash register and handle employee purchases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, asset‑protection procedures, and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Passion for beauty and wellness with strong product knowledge.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized department.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Skin Hydrometer for skin analysis.
• Experience using tablets for product consultations.
• Cash register operation and familiarity with store point‑of‑sale systems.
• Basic knowledge of store inventory and asset‑protection procedures.
