About the role

Join Sally Beauty as a Beauty Advisor (Inside Sales) and become the trusted guide for customers on their hair and beauty journey. You will create memorable shopping experiences, promote products, and support the store’s loyalty program.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and inspire brand loyalty.
• Recommend complementary products and inform shoppers about promotions.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise for sales events.
• Enroll customers in the Loyalty program and ensure they are aware of its benefits.
• Accurately complete transactions and maintain a professional store environment.
• Communicate inventory issues and keep the sales floor well‑stocked.
• Uphold Sally Beauty’s culture and values in daily interactions.

Required profile

• Passion for hair, cosmetics, skin care or nails and a desire to help customers.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending and reaching.
• Willingness to work around occasional fumes, odors and irritant chemicals.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
